A 'Wellness Toolbox" is a list of tools that make you feel good about yourself. These tools could be your skills, activities, ways of thinking etc. Things you are good at. They are all ways that you express yourself which can help you to feel good about yourself, and can help you to feel well. Some of them may need to be learned from others, whilst some you can put into action straight away. Obviously the list will vary from person to person. But here are some ideas to give you the idea and possibly get you started.

A wellness toolbox may also include things to avoid

  • Certain people who make you feel bad
  • Certain foods; ie sugar, caffeine, alcohol
